Internal Advertising Technology

TrackFlow

Campaign Tracking & Conversion Attribution Platform

TrackFlow is an internal advertising technology platform designed to help advertisers measure campaign traffic, connect conversions to their original advertising interactions, and analyze performance across advertising and affiliate platforms.

About TrackFlow

TrackFlow is used internally to improve campaign measurement, attribution, reporting, and conversion management for paid advertising operations.

Click Tracking

Captures advertising identifiers and campaign parameters such as GCLID, campaign identifiers, keywords, UTMs, device data, and internal tracking IDs.

Conversion Attribution

Connects conversion events received from supported affiliate and advertising platforms to the original tracked advertising interaction.

Performance Reporting

Organizes conversion, campaign, product, network, payout, and attribution data for internal analysis and reporting.

How TrackFlow Works

TrackFlow creates an internal link between advertising interactions and conversion events.

1

Ad Interaction

A user arrives from an advertising campaign carrying campaign parameters and, when available, a Google Click ID.

2

Tracking Script

TrackFlow records the visit and creates an internal tracking identifier for attribution.

3

Affiliate Platform

The internal click identifier is passed to supported external platforms through available tracking parameters.

4

Conversion Postback

Conversion data is received through server-to-server postbacks and matched to the originating tracked interaction.

5

Reporting & Attribution

TrackFlow records the conversion and associates it with the relevant advertising data.

Google Ads Integration

TrackFlow integrates with Google Ads to support account discovery, conversion configuration, attribution, and offline conversion workflows.

OAuth Authentication

Google Ads access is authorized through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. Credentials are not collected directly by TrackFlow.

Account & MCC Discovery

Authorized users can connect accessible Google Ads manager and advertising accounts for internal campaign operations.

Conversion Actions

TrackFlow is designed to identify and associate the appropriate Google Ads conversion action with tracked conversion data.

Google Ads API usage: TrackFlow uses the Google Ads API only for internal advertising operations, including account discovery, conversion action management, performance-related data access, and offline conversion attribution workflows.

Supported Tracking Data

Depending on the advertising source and available parameters, TrackFlow may process:

  • Google Click ID (GCLID)
  • Campaign and ad group identifiers
  • Keywords and match type
  • UTM parameters
  • Device and operating system information
  • Internal TrackFlow click IDs and TFID identifiers
  • Affiliate network and platform identifiers
  • Conversion transaction IDs
  • Conversion type, product name, payout value, and currency
  • Approximate geographic information when technically available

Intended Audience

TrackFlow is currently an internal tool used by authorized members of our advertising operation. It is not currently offered as a public software-as-a-service product.

The platform is designed to reduce manual campaign reporting work, improve conversion attribution accuracy, and centralize advertising and affiliate conversion data for internal decision-making.
